I absolutely love black rice pudding. Like no joke. I first saw this on a menu of a Thai restaurant and I thought, what is this?! Later, I sampled some and it was amazing! There's a little bit of crunch and chewiness from the black rice that's just hinted with a little of sweetness. It's so easy to make to. Once you get it started, you only come back to stir it occasionally then you're done! Let me know if you've ever tried it and what you think in the comments below!
